“I firmly believe if we, as a state, fail to vigorously fight to protect and defend our rights under the Constitution, those rights will invariably be seized and usurped by the federal government,” Herbert said. “I remind Washington: We are a state, not a colony, and I assure you, on my watch Utah will not stand idly by.”

Big government is the problem not the solution. Ronald Reagan
Big government is the solution not the problem. Barak Obama
If we can't get enough patriots thinking like Ronald Reagan with in the next two years, our Union of States will not stay united much longer and neither will the republican party. Strong responsible states will not go down with the ship, they will get on their life boats and try to survive.
Only a few members currently holding office in Washington D.C. understand what is at stake and not enough states realize the power they hold over the federal government with the Article V. written into the U.S.Constitution. We don't have two years to play politics. It reminds me of the musicians playing their violins as the Titanic was sinking.
Printing and borrowing money to maintain an out of control centralized government will not have a happy ending.
Rand Paul says more in 4 min. than Barak Obama says in over 60 min.

Our currency is made of paper with fancy ink and coins made of junk metals and at one time the paper currency was backed by gold and silver and the coins were made of silver and gold.
What is it backed with now? Promises, the printing press and future tax payments by the producers and hard working people of our country for generations to come.
Inflation will destroy savings and retirement accounts and reduce the standard of living for all who live on fixed incomes and those who live pay check to pay check.
